inuk Design was born in 2002 as a graphic department at inuk Media ApS.
I am trained as a graphic designer in Greenland, before that I took a basic education in graphic arts at Roskilde Technical School and have a basic education as a photographer.
In 2020, I completed the fashion design education from Copenhagen's Fashion and Design Acadamy on the international line.
As a TV graphic designer at KNR TV (Kalaallit Nunatta Radioa, Greenland's national TV station), I was one of those who modernized the graphic look and the advertising area.
I have worked with marketing and advertising since 1987.
My husband Peter Jensen, who is behind inuk Media, and I have worked closely since we became a couple back in 2001.
Through areas from TV, communication and marketing, we have gained a lot of experience through work and have the Greenlandic culture and society under our skin.
As an artist and designer, I retell the Greenlandic culture through useful everyday items for your home, which can today be purchased at inuk Design.
